Screen Enclosure Restoration
Structural strength restored without demolition — up to 75% less than full replacement.
Every service uses the same Tetra-Shield methodology — bio-wash, hardware upgrade, DTM coating, precision rescreening. No shortcuts, no subcontractors.

Four non-negotiable steps, executed in sequence, every time. No shortcuts, no skipped stages, no subcontractors making judgment calls without Fabian on site.
Pressure-wash and bio-detergent treatment to strip salt deposits, mold spore colonies, and oxidation residue from every aluminum extrusion, joint, and fastener pocket. The frame must be chemically neutral before any coating bonds.
No coating — DTM or otherwise — bonds correctly to a contaminated surface. This step is non-negotiable.
Every corroded carbon steel screw is extracted and replaced with a ceramic-coated Nylo-Tec fastener capped with glass-reinforced nylon. This physically isolates the dissimilar metals and eliminates the galvanic corrosion pathway that destroys frames within 3–5 years.
Galvanic corrosion reduces screw shear strength by up to 50% in the first year. Nylo-Tec stops it entirely.
Dual-coat Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial direct-to-metal spray application, bonded directly to the treated aluminum surface. The coating encapsulates the frame in a chemically-resistant barrier rated for Florida salt-air, UV, and storm exposure.
DTM means no primer layer — the coating bonds directly to bare metal for maximum adhesion and longevity.
Phifer fiberglass mesh — 18×14 standard or 20×20 no-see-um density — is installed under full tension and locked into the aluminum channel with a precision spline tool. Proper tension is what separates a screen that sags in six months from one that holds through storm season.
Under-tensioned mesh is the most common rescreening failure. Every panel is checked with a deflection test.
Drag the handle left or right to see every transformation. No filters, no staging — these are Fabian's actual Port St. Lucie job sites.
Fabian built We Paint We Screen LLC on one documented process: bio-wash cleaning, Nylo-Tec ceramic fastener replacement, dual-coat Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial DTM spray application, and Phifer mesh tensioned under full load. Not because it's the easiest way to run a job — because it's the only approach that eliminates the failure points that bring homeowners back to their rusted, sagging enclosures three seasons after someone else "fixed" it.
Fabian is a licensed and insured contractor operating across St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, and Brevard counties. Every job he accepts, he works. There are no subcontractors, no temporary labor, and no project managers standing between a homeowner and the person holding the spray gun. The crew Fabian brings has worked alongside him on every job in his portfolio.
The no-subcontractor commitment isn't a marketing position — it's a business model decision. When the owner is physically on site for every job, quality control isn't a department. It's automatic. Every Nylo-Tec fastener, every DTM coat, and every Phifer panel is installed under Fabian's direct supervision or by Fabian himself.
We Paint We Screen LLC does not use subcontractors on any job, ever. The person you meet on site is the same person installing your Nylo-Tec hardware, applying your DTM coating, and tensioning your Phifer mesh.
"The face you meet is the face on your roof."

In most cases — no. The most common restoration candidate is a cage where the aluminum frame profile is still structurally intact, but the fasteners show galvanic corrosion, the coating has oxidized and chalked, and the mesh has lost tension or torn. Fabian inspects for the three failure modes that make a cage un-restorable: severe section deflection (the extrusion itself is bent or buckled under load), compromised corner joints where the spigot connection has pulled out, and evidence of previous flood damage to the foundation anchors. If none of those three conditions are present, a Tetra-Shield restoration is almost certainly the right call — typically delivering a like-new structural result for 60–75% less than a full demolition-and-rebuild quote. A free structural evaluation from Fabian takes 20–30 minutes on site and gives you a definitive answer, not a sales pitch.
Request a free structural evaluationBecause a standard painter is applying paint. Fabian is replacing your fastener system, applying a direct-to-metal industrial coating engineered for Florida salt-air corrosion resistance, and retensioning your Phifer mesh to the manufacturer's spline specification. The material difference alone is significant: Nylo-Tec ceramic-coated fasteners cost more per unit than the carbon steel screws they replace, and Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial DTM is a commercial-grade coating — not a residential exterior paint. The other factor is the no-subcontractor model. Every hour billed on a We Paint We Screen job is an hour Fabian or his direct crew worked on your structure. There is no markup on subcontracted labor. The cost reflects the actual scope of the work, applied correctly, using the right materials, by the person whose name is on the warranty.
Request a free structural evaluationThe Tetra-Shield Protocol directly addresses the three failure modes that doom pool cages in a Florida named storm: fastener shear failure at the joint (eliminated by Nylo-Tec hardware rated to Florida Building Code wind-load requirements), mesh blow-out from under-tensioned panels (prevented by spline-lock tensioning verified by a panel deflection test on every completed bay), and frame oxidation compromising the structural coating bond (prevented by bio-wash surface preparation followed by DTM application to bare, chemically neutral metal). Every completed Tetra-Shield restoration comes with a 5-year written warranty. If any element of the restoration fails within that window, Fabian comes back and fixes it. No call centers, no warranty claim number — you call the number on the contract, and you get Fabian.
